If you want to get all the functions back, you can go to Prices and renew your account subscription there.

No, you will still be able to log in to your account. You will only be able to create sales invoices, and manage your customers and products. You just need to renew your account subscription to be able to use all functions again.

Yes, you can log into the billing software from any internet-connected computer and create or update new documents or customers.

Yes, the software also works on a Mac; we recommend using Firefox to access the billing software.

We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox to work in Onlinefact. If you want to print a document, you can unselect the “header and footer” box in the print window to ensure nothing will be printed out.

The POS module is not included in the Lifetime package. The only difference between the other packages is their duration.

You cannot control which message ends up in a recipient’s spam box and which doesn’t. To improve your Spam Score, we recommend that you also add our Onlinefact servers to the SPF record of your own domain name. The record will then look like this:

v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.onlinefact.be ~all

This will considerably improve the Spam Score for emails sent from Onlinefact. For more info on this subject, you can also contact the hosting company which hosts your website.
