How it works with your Onlinefact POS
- You check out in the POS. The amount to pay goes automatically to the cash machine, so there is nothing to retype.
- Your customer pays. Notes and coins are inserted, checked and counted.
- The machine gives change. The exact amount comes straight out of the machine.
- The payment is in your POS. The sale is booked automatically, without cash differences.
With all three brands you can also pay out cash (cash-out/cashback) from the Onlinefact POS, for example when a customer pays extra by card and receives cash back. In Belgium cash is rounded to 5 cents: the Onlinefact POS takes this into account.
The link with your POS is already finished and tested: no extra programming or surprises afterwards.

Which cash machine suits your business?
What matters most is how much cash you handle on a normal day, and how many different note denominations you want to be able to give as change.
| Your situation | Then look at |
| Little cash: up to 70 cash transactions per day, little space | VNE Mini Cash |
| Regular cash, change in 2 note denominations is enough | VNE Virtuo 2, Antenor Shopmaster II or Desktop, CashDro S |
| A lot of cash, change in several note denominations | VNE Virtuo 4, Antenor Shopmaster II Pro, CashDro 4+ |
| Large, constant cash flow, several registers or dispensing of notes in bundles | CashDro 5 or CashDro 7 |
| Little counter space | Antenor Shopmaster II Desktop (2 separate units), CashDro S or VNE Mini Cash |

Not sure? Tell us your daily cash volume and the space behind your counter. We give independent advice, just like with payment terminals.

Frequently asked questions about cash machines
Which cash machines can I connect to the Onlinefact POS?
CashDro (S, 4+, 5 and 7), Antenor Shopmaster (II Pro, II and II Desktop) and VNE (Mini Cash, Virtuo 2 and Virtuo 4).
What does a cash machine cost?
That depends on the model. With CashDro you pay a monthly lease over 60 months, from €135.45 per month excl. VAT, with installation and training included. For VNE the prices excl. VAT are on this page. For the other models you get a tailor-made quote.
Can I also pay out cash (cashback) via the POS?
Yes, with all three brands (CashDro, Antenor and VNE). You can pay out cash from the Onlinefact POS, for example when a customer pays extra by card and receives cash back.
Can I rent a cash machine?
With CashDro there is a 60-month lease, with Antenor a rental option. VNE machines are bought from Onlinefact; renting is not available.
Do I still need a payment terminal?
Yes. A cash machine only handles notes and coins. Card payments still go through your payment terminal. See our range on the payment terminal page.
How does the machine handle rounding to 5 cents?
In Belgium cash amounts are rounded to 5 cents. The Onlinefact POS rounds payments, and CashDro machines in Belgium are set to round to 0.05 euro by default.
Who delivers the machine and carries out the service?
For all brands Onlinefact is your point of contact, from quote and advice to the link with your POS. We sell VNE machines ourselves. Antenor is the manufacturer of the Shopmaster and takes care of the installation and service of that machine.
Will a cash machine fit in my counter?
The machines are designed to be built into or placed at the counter. Tell us the space available and we will work out together which model fits.
A cash machine for your business?
Briefly tell us what kind of business you have and how much cash you handle. You will receive a no-obligation quote from Onlinefact, with advice on the model that fits best.
