It is important to place the paper correctly in the printer. If you use the wrong paper or have not placed the roll correctly, you can inadvertently get a blank printout.

1. Make sure you have 80 mm wide thermal cash rolls on hand. You can order these through the Onlinefact webshop.
2. Open the lid of the printer
   
3. Place the new roll as shown in the example
   
4. Hold the end of the new roll of paper and close the lid so that the paper is clamped between the lid and printer
   
5. Tear off the end and you're done!
