Set up the printer and turn it on. NOTE! Do not plug it into the computer yet.
Download the driver software using the button below.

Download Bixolon driver

Select the first driver 'seagull_Windows_Driver_20XX.4_M-0" and click "download" at the bottom of the page.

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click on "download".

First open the ZIP file by clicking on it and then open the folder:

Select 'BIXOLON_20XX.4_M-0'

Part 1 of the printer installation program now starts. Always click on "next" here.

Part 2 of the installation starts automatically
Now connect the printer to a free USB port on the computer

Go to your Windows settings and open the "queue" of the printer you just installed.

Click on "printer" and select "properties" in the menu.

Select the "advanced" tab and then "default settings".

Depending on the paper format used, you need to configure the correct settings in this window. The image shows the settings for the most commonly used formats.

NOTE! If the configuration below looks completely different, the wrong driver was installed!
