Open the document you want to send to your client and click the "email" button.

A pop-up window will appear where you can add additional text to the email. Onlinefact has already automatically attached the chosen document as a PDF attachment to the email.

What is UBL?

UBL, or Universal Business Language, is a universal file format specifically developed for seamless data transfer between software and accounting packages. The raw data (name, address, products, etc.) in the .xml files can be easily recognized by various software programs. For example, if you send an invoice in UBL format to your client, their accounting software can automatically read and process the document.
