Once you have used an item in a document, you cannot delete it, but you can archive it. This way, the product in question won't be visible on reports or order summaries.

If you need information about an archived product or want to unarchive it, search for the archived item under "products" with the "archive:" filter option enabled.

You can also add text to the search field after "archive:" to filter the list more specifically. Your input would look something like this, for example: "archive:can".

Click on the row of the product you want to reactivate to open the product sheet. Then, uncheck the "archived" option.
