Setting Up Atos Yomani Terminal
Connecting your payment terminal to the Onlinefact POS requires several steps on both the POS and the payment terminal.
- Set a fixed IP on the POS
- Configure the payment terminal
- Activate the settings in the Onlinefact Backoffice
- Perform a test
1. Setting a fixed IP on the POS
Search for “Control Panel” in Windows. In the Control Panel, click “Network and Internet”, then “View network status and tasks”. Click “Ethernet”, then “Details...”.

Write down the values you see — you’ll need them later!
Make sure you have the following information:
IPv4 address: …………
IPv4 Subnet mask: …………
IPv4 Default gateway: …………
IPv4 DNS Server: …………
Close the window and select “Properties” in the “Ethernet Status” menu. In the new window, click on “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” and then on “Properties”.

Enter the values you wrote down earlier and confirm with “OK”.

2. Configuring the payment terminal
| 2. Choose “Set up terminal” (press 3)
| 3. Choose “Next” (press 0)

| 4. Choose “Technician only” (press 9)
| 5. Enter password: 1235789
| 6. Choose “Hardware settings” (press 4)

| 7. Choose “POS Protocol” (press 2)
| 8. Press “Change”
| 9. Select “CTEP” (press 9)
|
| 10. Confirm with “OK”
| 11. Set to 48 → “OK”
| 12. Press “OK” (green button)
|
| 13. Choose “Physical POS Conf.” (press 9)
| 14. Press “Change”
| 15. Choose “TCP/IP” (press 2)

| 16. Press “OK”
| 17–20. Enter your POS IPv4 address (e.g. 192.168.1.123) in four parts, confirming each with “OK”
| 21. Leave the next field blank → “OK”

| 22. Set Port number to 9000 → “OK”
| 23. POS Protocol SSL: No → “OK”
| 24. Press STOP several times until the terminal restarts |
3. Activating the settings
In the Onlinefact Backoffice, specify that the POS should send all payment commands to the terminal.
Select “Yomani CTEP” as Bancontact Type and “IP” as Port, using the same IPv4 address you configured earlier.

4. Testing
Restart the POS software so the new settings take effect. Create a sale and select “Bancontact” or “Credit Card” as the payment method.
