Setting Up Atos Yomani Terminal

Connecting the payment terminal to your Onlinefact cash register requires several steps on both the cash register and the payment terminal.

  1. Set a static IP on the cash register
  2. Configure the payment terminal
  3. Activate settings in the Onlinefact Backoffice
  4. Perform a test

1. Configure a static IP on the cash register


In your Windows Settings, go to "Network & Internet" > "Network Center" and then click on "Ethernet." In the next screen, click on "details."


Take note of the values you see because you will need them later!
You will definitely need this information:

IPv4 Address: ……………
IPv4 Subnet Mask: ……………
IPv4 Default Gateway: ……………
IPv4 DNS Server: ……………

Close the window and select "Properties" in the "Ethernet Status" menu. In the new window, first click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and then on "Properties."


Enter the data you noted earlier and confirm with "OK."


2. Configure the Payment Terminal

  1. Press STOP -> OK -> MENU quickly in succession on the Yomani terminal to access the menu.

2. Select 'Terminal Setup' (Press 3)

3. Choose 'Next' (Press 0)

4. Select 'Technician Only' (Press 9)

5. Enter Password: 1235789

6. Choose 'Hardware Setup' (Press 4)

7. Choose 'Cash Register Protocol' (Press 2)

8. Press the 'Change' button

9. Select 'CTEP' (Press 9)

10. Confirm with 'OK'

11. Set this to 48 -> press 'OK'

12. Press 'OK' (green button)

13. Choose 'PHYS. Conf. Cash Register' (Press 9)

14. Press the 'Change' button

15. Select 'TCP/IP' (Press 2)

16. Press 'OK'

17. Enter the first part of your IPv4 address 192.168.1.123 -> 'OK'

18. Enter the second part of your IPv4 address 192.168.1.123 -> 'OK'

19. Enter the third part of your IPv4 address 192.168.1.123 -> 'OK'

20. Enter the fourth part of your IPv4 address 192.168.1.123 -> 'OK'

21. Leave it empty or clear the box -> 'OK'

22. Set Port number to 9000 -> 'OK'

23. Cash Register Protocol SSL No -> OK

24. Press STOP several times until the terminal restarts



3. Activating Settings

In this final step, we will instruct your cash register, through the Onlinefact back office, to send all payment terminal commands to the terminal.

Select "Yomani CTEP" for Bancontact Type and "IP" for Bancontact Port with the IPv4 address you used earlier.


4. Testing

Restart the Cash Register software to activate the new parameters. Now, create a sale and select "Bancontact" or "Credit Card" as the payment method.
