Band, cup and colour as variants

With product options you create every variant you sell from a single model, for example 75B to 90D in black, ivory and nude. Each variant gets its own barcode and its own stock, and you print price labels for them on your label printer. At the till you scan the label and the right size appears on the receipt. In the back office you see per model which sizes are almost gone.

How does an exchange work when a size does not fit?

You look up the original receipt via its barcode, take the line back as a return and sell the other size. If the customer would rather choose later, you give her a credit voucher.

Can I note which size a regular customer wears?

The customer record has a notes field. There you note her size or favourite brand, for example, and you see it at the till on her next purchase.

Does Onlinefact work with my webshop?

Can I set up sales and promotions?

A barcode gift voucher is then the safe choice: the recipient chooses later and uses the amount in one go or spread over several visits.
