Checklist for a new season

This is how you get a new collection ready for sale.

  • ✓ Import your supplier's item list from Excel.
  • ✓ Add sizes and colours as product options.
  • ✓ Link the collection to the right season.
  • ✓ Print barcode price labels.
  • ✓ Set a minimum stock level for basics such as leggings and underwear.

Can I give a credit voucher instead of a refund?

Yes. At the till you create a credit voucher for the amount you want. The voucher gets a barcode and is later redeemed as a means of payment.

Can a gift voucher be used in several goes?

Yes. A gift voucher has a balance, so the remaining amount stays available for a next purchase.

Do I need a webshop?

No, but you can have one. If you sell online through Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento, you link that webshop to Onlinefact.

What hardware do I need?

A Windows touchscreen or computer, a barcode scanner, a receipt printer and a cash drawer. You can also rent them together as a till bundle.
