Configurer Lane 5000, Move 5000 ou Desk 5000 Ingenico/Axepta
Connecting the payment terminal to your Onlinefact cash register requires several steps on both the cash register and the payment terminal.
- Set a fixed IP on the cash register
- Configure the payment terminal
- Activate settings in the Onlinefact Backoffice
- Perform a test
1. Configuring a fixed IP on the cash register

In your Windows Settings, navigate to "Network and Internet" > "Network and Sharing Center" and then click on "Ethernet". In the following screen, click on "Details".

Note down the values you see, as you'll need them later!
You will definitely need this information:
IPv4 address: ..........
IPv4 Subnet Mask: ..........
IPv4 Default Gateway: ..........
IPv4 DNS Server: ..........
Close the window and select "Properties" from the "Ethernet Status" menu. In the new window, first click on "Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and then click "Properties".

Enter the data you noted earlier and confirm with "OK" at the bottom.

3. Activation des paramètres
Dans cette dernière étape, nous indiquerons via le Backoffice d'Onlinefact que votre caisse doit transmettre toutes les commandes de la terminal de paiement vers la terminal.
Sélectionnez le type Bancontact "Ingenico CTAP" et le port Bancontact "IP" avec l'adresse IPv4 que vous avez utilisée précédemment.
4. Test
Redémarrez le logiciel de la caisse pour que les nouveaux paramètres soient actifs. Créez maintenant une vente et appuyez sur "Bancontact" ou "Carte de crédit" dans les méthodes de paiement.
